Overview
(Studio Apartment )Urbanshire was designed to offer students an unforgettable, immersive hostel experience that blends functionality with a vibrant, youthful atmosphere. Understanding that hostel life is a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, the accommodation was planned to maximize enjoyment, comfort, and practicality. Each unit is not just a room with a bed; it features spacious kitchenettes and study areas, designed to support both social interactions and academic focus. The design encourages students to come together—whether cooking meals, collaborating on projects, or simply enjoying downtime in a thoughtfully curated space.
The facade of Urbanshire reflects this dynamic, youthful spirit while maintaining a mature, premium feel. A combination of raw brick finishes and textured concrete panels gives the building an urban, industrial edge, capturing the energy of student life while conveying durability and quality. The tactile, rugged finishes symbolize the vibrant, independent nature of the youth, while the sleek, structured design elements lend a sense of sophistication and permanence. The facade not only sets the tone for the interior experience but also serves as a visual invitation to a space where students can live, learn, and connect with each other in a setting that balances comfort with excitement.
